Gareth doesn’t just manage accounts; he engineers ecosystems. With a career rooted in the high-stakes world of global marketing production, he has served as the steady hand behind the scenes for the world's most recognizable brands in CPG, Healthcare, and Finance. Whether it was navigating the complexities of a start-up pilot or transformations of multi-million dollar global programs, Gareth’s approach has always been defined by a singular obsession: absolute clarity.
Before co-founding PROC-LYFT, Gareth served as Vice President of Operations for North America at Indicia Worldwide. There, he was the primary translator between ambitious brand goals and the mechanical reality of global supply chains. He saw firsthand the friction points—the "black box" of legacy agencies, the manual fatigue of procurement teams, and the lack of actionable data.
PROC-LYFT is the culmination of that journey. It is his answer to the question: “How do we make production move at the speed of the modern market?” By marrying the precision of AI-native workflows with the nuanced skills only a seasoned veteran can provide, Gareth has moved the goalposts for what brands should expect from their partners.
Beyond the P&L and the operational roadmaps, Gareth is a mentor and a coach, bringing a human-centric philosophy to a tech-forward world. As a global marketing operations and execution leader with 20+ years delivering print, POSM, and production programs across APAC, the UK, Europe, and North America. Dane is known for stabilizing complex delivery environments, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and building operating rhythms that scale. His work consistently sits at the intersection of Marketing, Procurement, Creative, and supplier networks, with a focus on governance that drives speed, quality, and accountability.
Across his career, Dane has led multi-region teams and managed large portfolios, including global client work exceeding $10M. He has implemented scalable workflows, playbooks, and supplier controls that reduce rework and improve throughput, and he has delivered cost savings through stronger ordering discipline and procurement alignment. He has also owned and influenced significant budgets and commercial outcomes, applying operational rigour to protect margin, improve KPI performance across design and production, and strengthen client confidence and satisfaction.
Dane’s experience includes supporting complex multi-country programs for Global Consumer Packaging Goods (CPG) companies, stabilizing delivery for Healthcare Technology firms, tightening scope and cadence for Global Financial Banks, and onboarding Global CPG clients.
Dane’s vision for founding PROC-Lyft hinges upon on a set of core principles: when teams share clarity, governance, and a common decision language, speed and savings follow. That operating principle ultimately led Dane to found PROC-LYFT, built to bring disciplined execution and procurement control to modern marketing teams. Pairing AI-assisted automation technology with expert, human-led delivery. AI is applied to accelerate structure and documentation, while negotiation, award decisions, and approvals remain strictly human-driven, supported by secure governance designed to protect accountability, quality, and client trust.
